yesterday read an artical on Aruna shanbaug and her petition in high court about mercy killing.as a common man i know little abt mercy killing and it means that when person is not in that stage where they can live there life respectfully and by themself .

now who is this aruna n why does she want mercy killing?? is it imporatnt to really think about her case or treat it like other daily soap kinda news??

NO..its not daily dose of news which we read while sipping cup of coffee or chai..its more than that..lets go back to 35 yrs back..

Aruna..25 yrs old bubbly,beutiful girl who was then working as NURSE in K.E.M. hospital at parel.she was stright forward and no-nonsense girl.she was having gd relation with everyone and was sincere her work..

sohanlal..young guy who was working in K.E.M.as wardboy..was very rude to everyone and was big casenova..

sohanlal had habit of going in Ladies common room and flirt with nurses who use to be there in that room..they use to scold him or curse him but yet no use..inspite of complaining he never even tried to change his habit..day by day he was getting worse n then when Aruna strongly stood against him and gave him last warning that she will complain abt his behaviour to his seniors..sohanlal got angry n took major step-To kill Aruna..

And one day he got that chance..when she was alone in the changing room..he came in that room and locked door..when she tried to scream he closed her mouth and raped her..

Not only raped her but after that he strangled her with dogs chain but could not able to succed in killing her as somebody came ther so he ran away..in that 3 to 4 seconds blood supply to her brain stopped n because of which she went in coma..

Aruna's case in court was dismissed and sohanlal without charge came out as free bird.
what was the reason..it was anal sex and not vaginal so it cant come in context of rape and so court dismissed Arunas case.

Today still aruna is in KEM but not as NURSE but as PATIENT..she cant talk or eat..she cant do normal routine function..she is bedridden since that incident..her relatives stopped visting her yrs back and since last so many yrs..nurses of kem hospital are taking care of aruna..A patient since last 25 yrs bedridden and yet not affected with bedsores is amazing and that shows how excellently n sincereily her care is taken of by nurses..they are all doing this for arunas sake..not for money or any incentives.
those who have seen govt hospitals hectic life then they will certanly understand wt grate work thses ladies are doing inspite of knowing that aruna cant thank them not can she understand there dedication towards her..still why r they doing this??? ya vedyana kalat nahiye kaa ki yatun tyana kahich milnar nahiye mag tari tya he kaa kartayet..kaa vel vaaya ghalvatayet..kaa nahi tya enjoy karat aahet tyanche individual aayushy?? aahe kaa uttar?? ki yanna manuski kalali aahe??

mulat haa vishay ithe kadava kaa?? itka yala vel dyava kaa?? kon aahe ti?? kaa tichyabadal aaplayala kahi vatave?? karan aahe??

what are human right?? or what r womans right?? ya..thers difference between these to..human and woman..
what was her fault..one person was harrasing so much so that she had to raise her voice and what get her..is raising voice gainst bad thing caust u your life?? wher are human right people?? r v humans or sick creatures??

court says that anal sex does not come in context of rape then wt does come..
not only he stooped afetr doing this shameful act he wanted to kill her and he strangled her with dogs chain..does it comes in normal behaviour..

Today Aruna is bedridden and ther person who made her this is living peaceful respectable life?? is this correct?? what messages are u giving to society??
